Brian Navarette is a pilot with Northwest Airlines. Brian serves as a deacon in his church, has been involved in mission trips to Peru with CPI. Bryan lives with his wife Kelly, and their two children in Toledo, Ohio.

Larry Trimbach is co-owner of the 2-J Supply Company which distributes heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products. Larry, a graduate of Bowling Green State University, resides in Dayton, Ohio with his wife Lisa and his five children.

Gary Ackerman is a raspberry grower. Gary has studied music and Bible and has been a frequent participant in CPI’s mission trips to Tepic, Mexico. Gary lives in Oregon, Ohio, with his wife Carolyn and their two children.

Jeff Palmer is Vice President and General Manager of DayMark Food Safety Systems. Jeff, a graduate of Florida Tech, lives with his wife, Heidi, and their two daughters in Bowling Green, Ohio.

Brad McCracken serves as an elder of Christ’s Church in Bowling Green, OH. Brad and his wife Bev have been on several missions trips with their church including Peru with CPI. Brad is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and Xavier University and is employed as the Treasurer/CFO of Firelands Local Schools. Brad and Bev live in Perrysburg Township, OH.

Sarah Smith works part-time doing administrative work at a graphic design agency, has a Master’s degree in Theology from Regent University, and has been a leader of short-term missions trips for CPI.  Sarah lives with her husband Preston and three children in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

Steven Shepard is the founder of Church Planting International. Steven served as a church planting missionary in Mexicali, Mexico, a pastor in Toledo, Ohio, and is now the full time director of Church Planting International. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio University (1971) with a concentration in International Studies. Steven lives in Bowling Green, Ohio, with his wife Christy and has 6 children.
