Job Description
• Oversee the Ohio based operations and office including
mailings, some correspondence, coordination of travel, disbursement of
support to national workers and missionaries, and other logistical and
administrative support of the missions ministry.
• Together with the CEO engage in fund raising activities in support
of ministries and projects with potential donors among individuals, businesses,
and churches.

Director of Development
Job Description
• Oversee the development of financial support for

Director of Short-Term Missions
(Teams are involved in evangelism, church planting, work projects, serving

• Oversee CPI's short-term mission ministry including
the processing of applications, orientation, ministry agendas, logistics,
and assisting group leaders.
• Lead mission teams as needed
• Help communicate with churches and individuals about short-term
mission opportunities.

Director of Micro-Enterprises
(Helping the Needy in underdeveloped countries to begin small businesses)
Job Description
• Spearhead the development of micro-enterprise programs
on foreign fields through empowerment of teams of local administrators.
• Together with the CEO and other CPI staff, assist in the raising
of funds for investing in micro-enterprises.

Missionaries (CPI
functions as a nondenominational missionary sending agency emphasizing

Job Description
• Missionaries may work in church planting, leadership
training, administrative support, medical service, community development,
economic development, helping the needy, construction, helps, and much
more.
